& Chicken Wings With Chinese Rice

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings (with skin) 700 g
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4tsp
  • Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
  • Carrot (Chopped) 1 cup
  • Cabbage (Chopped) 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Peas (boiled) 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Green onion (for garnishing) as required
  • Boiled rice 2 cups

Directions

  1. In a bowl add chicken wings, salt, soy sauce, black pepper and mix well. Marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  2. In a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken, fry each side until light golden in color. Set aside.
  3. In a pan heat oil and add ginger, saute it for a minute. Now add ketchup, chili flakes, oyster sauce, brown sugar, chili sauce and mix well.
  4. Now add chicken wings and mix well. Add coke and cook on low medium flame until wings are properly cooked and sauce is glazy. Set aside.
  5. Chicken Wings are ready.
  6. In a wok heat oil and add garlic, saute for a minute. Now add capsicum, carrot, cabbage, peas, salt black pepper, soy sauce and cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Now add boiled rice and mix well, sprinkle green onion.
  8. Tasty Chinese Rice are ready. Serve with Coca-Cola Chicken Wings.
