Ingredients

  • Boneless mutton (cubes) 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Beef mince + fat 750 g + 250 g
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander (chopped) 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Dry coriander (crushed) 1 ½ tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Boneless chicken (cubes) 1 kg
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Cream 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Orange food color 1/4 tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel powder 1 tsp
  • Capsicum (cubes) as required
  • Fries as required
  • Naan as required
  • Roasted tomatoes as required
  • Roasted green chilies as required
  • Parsley as required
  • Lemon slices as required
  • Beef Seekh kabab as required
  • Chicken tikka boti as required
  • Mutton tikka boti as required

Directions

  1. In a bowl add mutton, yogurt, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, red chili flakes, coriander powder, lemon juice, papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, oil and coat well. Refrigerate it for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. In a bowl add beef mince, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, green coriander, salt, red chili powder, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, dry coriander, cumin powder, lemon juice and coat well. Refrigerate it for 4 hours of overnight.
  3. Boneless chicken cubes, yogurt, cream, oil, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cardamom powder, orange food color, white cumin powder, fennel powder, capsicum and coat well refrigerate it for 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Tread the meat on BBQ Skewers and grill them until tender and fully cooked. Brush oil when needed.
  5. Serve with naan, fries, roasted tomatoes and chilies, parsley and lemon slices.
