COOK TIME: 30 mins


  • 1/2 kg Fish
  • 2 Bread Slices
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp Red crushed pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek leaves
  • 2-3 Green chilies
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup onion


  1. In a chopper add fish, bread slices, ginger garlic paste, red crushed chili, garam masala, salt and cumin powder, chop it well.
  2. In a bowl add fish mixture, onion, fenugreek, green chili, coriander leaves, egg, carom seeds and mix it with hands.
  3. Take a hand full of fish mixture and make a kebab on stick.
  4. Shallow fry in a pan or grill over a medium heat.
  5. Serve with raita or chutney.
