Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Fish
- 2 Bread Slices
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 & 1/2 tsp Red crushed pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
- 1 tsp Fenugreek leaves
- 2-3 Green chilies
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 1 cup onion
Directions
- In a chopper add fish, bread slices, ginger garlic paste, red crushed chili, garam masala, salt and cumin powder, chop it well.
- In a bowl add fish mixture, onion, fenugreek, green chili, coriander leaves, egg, carom seeds and mix it with hands.
- Take a hand full of fish mixture and make a kebab on stick.
- Shallow fry in a pan or grill over a medium heat.
- Serve with raita or chutney.
