Ingredients
- Chicken Breast 4
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
- Onion powder 1/2 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Hot sauce 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 ½ tbsp
- Oil 1 ½ tbsp
- Oil (for grilling) as required
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Water as required
- Salt 1 tsp

- Guard Penne pasta 2 cups
- Butter 2 tbspOil 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
- Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
- Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp
- All-purpose flour 1 tbsp
- Chicken stock 2 cups
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Italian seasoning 1 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese powder 2 tbsp
- Fresh parsley (for garnish) as required
- Black olives (for garnish) as required
Directions
- In a bowl add boneless chicken, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard paste, hot sauce, lemon juice, oil and mix well. Marinate for 20-25 minutes.
- Now on a preheated grill pan, grill marinated chicken breast from both sides for 4 minutes or until fully cooked. Cut strips and set aside.
- Bring water to boil in a pot and salt and oil. Add Guard penne pasta and boil until 80% done. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
- Now on a pan heat butter and add oil. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent. Turn the flame to medium low heat and mix flour. Cook for about 2 minutes. Stir in chicken stock preventing it from forming lumps. Cook until it starts to thicken.
- Add cream, salt, Italian seasoning, red chili flakes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add boiled pasta and mix again. Lastly, add parmesan cheese and cook until well incorporated.
- Take off flame, garnish with fresh parsley, black olives and top it with chicken strips.
- Tasty Creamy Chicken Pasta is ready to serve.
