& Chicken Spiral Skewers

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Gram flour (Besan) 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp


  1. Take chicken breast piece and cut into fillets. Now cut the fillets into long strips and keep them aside.
  2. Take a bowl and add red chili powder, turmeric powder, gram flour, salt, black pepper powder, chili sauce, soy sauce, coriander powder, coriander green, corn flour and water and mix well. Now add the chicken strip and marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Now take the chicken strips and turn them into spiral shape. Thread them on wooden skewers and do the same for rest of the chicken.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and cook each side for 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked and light golden in color.
  5. In a bowl add ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, chili sauce, red chili flakes and whisk well.
  6. Serve with hot Chicken Spiral Skewers.
