Make an impact with MNP Digital as an IT Solutions Implementation Specialist. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for implementing technology projects related to technology infrastructure, networks, systems, services, and security in our client’s on-premises and cloud environments. The IT Solutions Implementation Specialist must be able to participate in outside-of-business-hour solution implementation activities.

  • Execute multiple concurrent technology projects on an ongoing basis
  • Implements recommend and supports technology solution standards
  • Apply technical knowledge to deliver, enable and operationalize technology solutions, services, systems, and applications in clients’ on-premises and cloud environments
  • Ensure solution implementation is performed in compliance with technology standards
  • Provide training and documentation for IT Support teams to operate, maintain, and support solutions after implementation

Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Minimum five (5) years of implementing technology solutions within a Microsoft ecosystem
  • Minimum five (5) years of implementing technology solutions within corporate environments
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft on-premises and Azure platforms, technologies, and services
  • Broad knowledge in the delivery of IT solutions and applications
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Eager to fully understand issues, find solutions promptly
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, planning, and priority-setting skills
  • Proactively looking for solution delivery improvements and efficiencies

Desirable Skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of database services including Microsoft SQL
  • Intermediate knowledge of email services including Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
  • Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, NTFS and share permissions, AD replication
  • Intermediate knowledge of networking including DNS, DHCP, WINS, Routing, VPNs, common ISP services, UTM
  • Basic knowledge of 3rd party applications utilized by assigned clients
  • Basic knowledge of backup software and strategies
  • Basic knowledge of simple file and email recovery techniques
  • Familiarity with desktop hardware, installation, and diagnosing basic issues
  • Familiarity with network, server and storage hardware, racking, and installation
  • Basic knowledge of VMWare and virtualization
