IMPROVE SOCIAL MOVEMENT LEARNING FOR GLOBAL SOCIAL GOOD

Resolve Culture Critics

Empathizing with people is the learning result of social innovation, as is an agency that posits that a person can act to bring change in society. Both empathy and agency are deeply fostered in design thinking, which further enhances social movement learning. Social movement learning is enhanced when social innovations increase their knowledge by collaborating with other organizations and social movements. As a result, an environment is fostered that accentuates different ideas for social change. Design thinking encompasses human needs and instills creativity, learning, partnership, and the building of community. The three central planks of design thinking include inspiration, ideation, and implementation. Empathy is included in inspiration. It identifies the reasons designers engage in solutions. In the ideation phase, designers are involved in developing and testing ideas, and in implementation, the prototypes are made and new challenges of the innovation are discovered. The design thinking process can be impeded by culture and it is the responsibility of the HRD professional to create a culture to implement Design Thinking. It has also been underscored that developing empathy requires designers to listen and engage with users for whom the innovation is being created.

Design thinking can create different skills for creative problem-solving. It is the responsibility of the Human resource to foster these skills through in-house training. Human resources should prevent the creation of cultures that inhibit thinking skills and creativity. Cultures should be created that promote risk-taking and freedom to fail. Design thinking has been seen as an empathetic outlook for designing anything. Social innovation is an initiative born from empathy, therefore the goals of both the design thinking approach and social innovation coincide. Therefore, for a problem-solving methodology for social innovation, design thinking is incorporated in recent studies. One difficulty was observed during this study which was the efficient analysis of observed data through design thinking project participants. The main purpose is to use the combining methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis for analyzing data collected at the observing stage of the design thinking initiative for social innovation, making it more scientific for complementing the limit of the design thinking process.

DESIGN FOR SOCIAL ENTERPRISES. CO-DESIGNING AN ORGANIZATIONAL AND CULTURAL CHANGE

A “community-centered design” approach can be utilized to help with social relations and come up with more apt solutions to the problems faced by people. Two cases were taken where after ample studies, one main theme emerged: social corporations are more productive and end up being more innovative when they experiment with various types of design-driven approach-based partnerships. These collaborations were seen to have a huge potential in terms of including individuals. It is with the bench of these individuals and community spirit that social entities can create more awareness about the need for change from multiple perspectives. Innovation should be done internally rather than being implemented externally to bring about a change in the organizational model. To reach a more inclusive model of governance, there needs to be more experimentation done with different types of collaborations like co-design, co-management, and co-production. This all leads back to the essence of a social entity. This focuses on how elders can use co-design to solve problems of the aging community that focused on creating an application where the aging population can socialize serving the purpose of transferring elderly stories and experiences to senior care services. If design thinking is deployed appropriately, it can be an enabler in the process of innovation as it becomes a safe place to welcome perspectives that are diverse and can be shared openly so that new insights can emerge and new knowledge to be created while empowering the participants.

Social entrepreneurship comprises building blocks such as human-centered innovative activities, social collaboration, social strategy determination, and visualized ideas. These features have a close resemblance to the developmental process of design thinking by more social entrepreneurs to adopt the process so that improving the lives of real-world people is many folds. With higher maturity levels, this becomes even more difficult when it comes to utilization of the design where the process goes from providing structure to a complete strategic process. Service design has had less of an entry in the studies when an impact is studied as compared to the impact of design thinking in itself.

SOCIAL GOOD MESSAGE

Sparrows by morning, live in peaceful nests! Design shouldn’t dominate things, shouldn’t dominate people. It should help people. Don’t spend your time solving your favorite problems, solve problems that need to be solved, generically. A home is a place where you live, and society is a place where your story begins. Honesty shares honesty, as it is honesty’s nature. Stay always in Ablution and get back to the trust you have been, with.

The divine scriptures are God’s beacons to the world. Surely God offered His trust to the heavens and the earth, and the hills, but they shrank from bearing it and were afraid of it. And man undertook it.
